1. TELL ME ABOUT THE PRODUCTS

We sell a variety of newer and older deadstock sneakers. Unless otherwise stated, all products are brand new. If not, a short passage detailing the condition of the item will be available.

All sales are final. No returns, cancellations, or modifications may be made after placing your order unless there is mistake on our behalf e.g. wrong product sent.

Please note, minor factory flaws such as slight creasing, leather defects, over glue, paint stains, etc. may be visible even on deadstock trainers.

 

2. SIZING

Check out our size guide here. Please check review international size charts before buying.

All products are listed in UK sizes. 

 

3. HOW CAN I PAY? 

All items much be purchased through PayPal checkout. To pay by debit or credit card, please add this to your PayPal account on checkout.

Orders can only be shipped to the address used on the checkout page.

 

4. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All sales are final. No returns, cancellations, or modifications may be made after placing your order unless there is mistake on our behalf e.g. wrong product sent.

Please make sure you review our size guide to avoid mistakes with sizing.

Please note we do not operate on a livestock basis and we sell across multiple platforms. This means that rarely, also, a trainer you purchase may be out of stock. On this occasion, a full refund will be provided in the nearest possible time.

  

5. SHIPPING

Product handling is usually dealt with in 3 working days. This is the time it takes us to gather the product, package it up and ship it out. Shipping times vary. Rough estimates are as follows below:

UK shipping (UK) - 3 to 5 days after dispatch. At the moment, nearly all items for domestic shipping are free. There may be some exceptions.

European shipping (EU) - 5 to 11 days after dispatch. Shipping costs vary per item but is usually no more than £35.

Worldwide shipping (WW) – up to 15 days after dispatch. Shipping costs vary per item but is usually no more than £45.

You should receive an email from PayPal when your order is shipped containing your tracking number.

 

6. CUSTOMS

You need to check any import or custom fees that you may incur from packages coming from the UK. The London Sneaker Club is not liable for any charges you may incur related to shipping outside of the UK.

  

7. TIME SENSITIVE?

If an item is time sensitive, please let us know before ordering so we can assess whether we will be able to ship it in time.

If you do not do this, we cannot guarantee the item will arrive when you need it.

8. MAILING LIST

By purchasing an item from us, you agree to be opted-in to our mailing list. We send a monthly newsletter out with our latest items. If you wish to be removed, simply unsubscribe from the bottom of the email or contact us with your request to be removed.
